SeaNXT Americas Warranty and Returns

Order Confirmation:

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If any items are unavailable, we will inform you via email. Items available for immediate shipment will be processed and shipped within 5 business days. For backorder items, please contact us at support@sea-nxt-americas.com for specific shipping details.

Order Shipment:

In-stock orders will typically ship within five business days. You will receive tracking information to the email provided at checkout within 24 hours of your order leaving our facility. If you haven’t received tracking info within six business days, please contact us at support@sea-nxt-americas.com.

Damages:

Inspect your item(s) upon arrival. Note any damage when signing for delivery. If items are damaged, please send photos to support@sea-nxt-americas.com. We will assist with processing an insurance claim and resolving the issue promptly.

International Shipment Fees:

International orders may incur customs and duty fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees vary based on the destination country.

International Shipment Package Refusal:

Refusing an international shipment will incur return shipping charges and customs/duty fees. The original shipping costs will not be refunded, and a 20% Restocking fee will apply.

Cancellations & Refunds:

We value your satisfaction and offer a 30-day return policy. To qualify for a full product cost refund (excluding shipping & handling), returned products must be new, unopened, with all original packing material.

For returns, obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by visiting our support page and selecting “REPAIRS/RETURNS.” Fill out the form with your purchase details. We will email you regarding your return request.

Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund will be issued for products in new condition. Shipping and handling charges incurred for both original delivery and return are the responsibility of the customer. For “Free Shipping” items, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Refused deliveries will incur shipping charges both ways, which will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or worn items will be subject to a restocking fee determined post-inspection. Used items cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund.

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 20% Restocking fee. If your order has shipped, you will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the order.
